Cheese Production

Tsitsikamma is known to be dairy country. Our Cheese is organic and comparable with the best in the world (available at South African rand prices). We collect our milk at 04h30 every morning. we limit production to 400l of milk (60kg of cheese) per day and then sell the whole production during that week. We have also started a cheese-bank at our farm stall to mature Cheddar and Romano and the results is amazing.
